Why it pays off
You pay for the booth either way. Video keeps it working after the show.
A trade show is the one week your team, your products and your buyers are all in one place. One day of filming turns that into material your sales and marketing teams use until the next show.
Customers and partners, on camera
They come to your booth anyway. One day captures the kind of interviews that take months to schedule.
Your team and your product
Your people explaining what's new, the demos that draw a crowd, and the booth at its busiest.
Six videos, ready to post
A recap in horizontal and vertical, plus 5 captioned interview reels for LinkedIn, Instagram and your sales emails.
Delivered within a week
The videos land while the leads you met at the show are still warm, not three months later.

Common questions
How much does trade show booth video cost?
At Video Department (VIDEO DEPT.), the Event Package is $3,000, fixed, for one show day of up to 8 hours: a 1–2 minute recap film in horizontal and vertical versions, 5 captioned interview reels, and all the raw footage, with two rounds of changes. More days, more cameras or more edits are quoted per show.
Do you film at shows outside South Florida, like Orlando or Tampa?
Yes. Travel in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties is included. For Orlando, Tampa and other Florida shows we add travel to the same fixed quote, so you know the full price before you book.
How do you get into the show?
You add us to your exhibitor badges, like any member of your booth team. If the show asks for a contractor registration or a certificate of insurance, we take care of it with you before the show.
Show floors are loud. Will the interviews sound clean?
Yes. We use lavalier mics on everyone we interview, and we plan the interviews for the quieter hours, often right before the doors open or in a corner of your booth.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and match your venue's requirements, including higher limits when a venue or show asks for them. If the show or your company needs a certificate of insurance (COI), we send it before the show.
When do we get the videos?
Within a week of the show, while the leads you met are still warm. Two rounds of changes are included.
Can you cover more than one day, or several brands?
Yes. Extra days, extra cameras and extra edits are quoted per show, and pavilions or multi-brand booths get a group rate.
Who owns the footage?
You do. You own the final videos, and all the raw footage from the day is yours to keep.
