Why it pays off

Your booth is a big investment for five days. The film keeps it working all year.

A boat show is the one week your team, your boats and your customers are all in one place. One day of filming turns that into material your sales team uses until the next show.

Your customers, on camera

Owners, dealers and partners come to your booth anyway. One day captures the kind of interviews that take months to schedule.

Your team and your products

Your people explaining what's new, and your boats and products dressed and ready for the show.

Both formats, ready to post

A horizontal version for your website and sales emails, and a vertical one for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.

Delivered within a week

The film lands while the buyers you met at the show are still deciding, not three months later.

Common questions

How much does boat show video cost?

$2,500, fixed, for one show day: a day at your booth, interviews with your team and customers, and a 1–2 minute film in horizontal and vertical versions, with two rounds of changes. More days, more cameras or more edits are quoted per show.

How do you get into the show?

You add us to your exhibitor badges, like any member of your booth team. We handle everything else and plan the shot list with you beforehand.

When do we get the film?

Within a week of the show, while the buyers you met are still deciding. Two rounds of changes are included.

Can you cover more than one day, or several brands?

Yes. Extra days, extra cameras and extra edits are quoted per show, and pavilions or multi-brand booths get a group rate.

We're flying in from another state or country. Can you still help?

Yes. VIDEO DEPT. is based in Fort Lauderdale, so there's no crew to fly in and no travel costs in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach counties. We plan by video call, interviews can be in English or Russian, and you review the edit online.

Who owns the footage?

You own the final videos. Raw footage and project files are provided on request.
