Fixed quotes
Every project starts with a fixed quote from Nikita. The price in the quote is the price you pay for the work it describes.
The deposit
Booking a project takes a 50% deposit of the fixed quote. You pay it on a secure Stripe page, and your card details go only to Stripe. The balance is due when the project is finished.
Fully refundable until the final agreement
The deposit is fully refundable until you and Nikita reach the final agreement on a call or at a meeting. If we can't do your date, you get all of it back. After the final agreement, the terms of that agreement apply.
How to ask for a refund
Email nikita@videodepartment.org with your quote number. We send the refund to the card you paid with within 2 business days, and your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

The 30-minute call with Nikita is free and comes with no obligation. You can cancel it anytime with the link in your invite.
