"You should fire your other guy right now and go to Nikita."
"The quality comes out super crisp. He always responds very quickly, edits the videos right on time, usually just a couple days. I've actually referred Nikita to two or three people."

Every talk filmed. Every speaker promoting your event.
One day of filming becomes a year of content: full sessions to share on demand, a recap that sells next year, and ready-to-post clips your speakers share with their own audiences.
Every talk, in full
Up to two cameras, clean sound from the venue's system, slides cut in. Every session is recorded in full and delivered as its own video, for on-demand access, members, and attendees who missed a room.
A recap of the day
A 60–90 second film with the energy of the room, the speakers, the sponsors, and the people. Built for next year's registration page and sponsor renewals.
A speaker kit for each presenter
3–4 captioned vertical clips per speaker, built around their strongest moments. Presenters post these speaker reels on their own accounts, so your event reaches their followers.
Fast, while it still matters
VIDEO DEPT. sends the first clips within 48 hours. The recap and every speaker kit within a week. All full sessions within two weeks.
Add an interview booth or podcast-style conversations on site, and a single conference turns into dozens or even hundreds of pieces your team can post until the next event. Here's how one conference becomes six months of content.
Get a fixed quoteYour event only happens once. The video should prove it.
You spent months planning the event — the venue, the speakers, the attendees who flew in. Then it's over in two days, and all you have is a shaky phone clip and a photographer's gallery nobody opens. Event video fixes that: a highlight reel that sells next year's tickets, session recordings your team actually reuses, and social cuts that keep the event alive for months.
Video Department covers corporate events across South Florida — Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Naples — with crews sized to the job. One shooter for an intimate launch dinner, a multi-camera team for a three-day conference. Either way, you get the same thing: clean audio, full coverage, and edits delivered while the event is still fresh in everyone's feed.
What VIDEO DEPT. covers
Conferences & summits
Keynotes, panels, breakout sessions — captured with multiple cameras and a direct feed from the venue's sound board, so speakers sound like speakers, not like a room. You get a sizzle reel within a week for sponsors and next-year marketing, plus clean recordings of every session that matters.
Product launches & brand events
Launch nights, pop-ups, press events. Fast-moving, high-energy coverage with an edit built for social — vertical cuts included, because that's where launch content actually gets watched.
Corporate celebrations & award nights
Holiday parties, milestone anniversaries, award ceremonies. The kind of event where the CEO wants a film to open next year's kickoff with — and HR wants something people actually enjoy watching.
Trade shows & expos
Booth coverage, sponsor packages, attendee testimonials captured on the show floor. If you're exhibiting, event video is how the investment keeps working after teardown. Exhibiting at any Florida trade show? See trade show booth video: the Event Package at your booth, $3,000 fixed. At FLIBS, Miami or Palm Beach? There's also a boat show package: one day at your booth, $2,500 fixed.
What you get
Every event package is scoped to the event, but a typical full-day conference coverage includes:
- Highlight reel — 60–90 seconds, delivered within a week, cut for sponsors, social, and next-year promotion.
- Session cuts — keynotes and panels as separate clean recordings with presentation slides where relevant.
- Social edits — vertical cut-downs from the highlight reel, ready to post.
- Multi-camera coverage — wide, tight, and audience reaction angles so the edit has somewhere to go.
- Professional audio — lavalier mics plus a direct board feed. Bad event audio is unfixable; we don't deliver it.

Common questions
How fast do we get the video?
The highlight reel is delivered within a week of the event, while sponsors and attendees are still paying attention. Session recordings follow within 1–2 weeks depending on volume.
Can you cover a multi-day conference?
Yes — that's our core event work. We scale the crew to your program: dedicated camera per stage for the sessions that matter, roving coverage for networking and the expo floor, and daily social cuts if you want content going out while the event is still running.
What about audio? Our venue has its own AV team.
Good — we coordinate with them. We take a direct feed from the venue's sound board and run our own lavalier mics as backup. The AV handoff is routine for us.
Can you live-stream the conference?
Yes. We can live-stream sessions alongside the recording, and we quote the stream together with the filming. We plan the stream and the sound feed with the venue's AV team before the event.
Will you sign an NDA for private sessions?
Yes. We sign NDAs for closed sessions and internal events.
Do the videos come with captions?
Yes. Speaker clips come captioned and ready to post, and full session recordings can be captioned too.
Do you need to scout the venue?
For single-stage events, usually not — we arrive early on the day. For multi-stage conferences or unfamiliar venues, a quick scout (in person or via the venue's floor plans and photos) avoids surprises with load-in, power, and camera positions.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and match your venue's requirements, including higher limits when a venue or show asks for them. If your venue or company needs a certificate of insurance (COI), we send it before the shoot.
How far in advance should we book?
Conference season fills fast — 4–8 weeks out is comfortable, and peak months (October–November, February–April) book earlier. That said, if your event is next week and we have the crew, we'll make it work. Just ask.
"Nikita is a fantastic videographer, he has been to every major event that my company has hosted over the past 3 years. Beyond that, he makes every event personable and brings an artistic touch to our videos."
"He aided our own company in filming testimonials for our franchise owners and was extremely thorough and thoughtful when it came to the production, as his camera work and technical skills guided us smoothly throughout the overall process. He is an extremely reliable person and was all around great to work with."
