Last updated: October 4, 2026

This policy explains what information videodepartment.org collects, how it's used, and your choices. VIDEO DEPT. is a brand of Marushkov LLC, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Questions: [email protected] or (754) 300-9398.

What we collect

  • What you send us. When you use a form on this site, we receive what you enter: your name, email or phone number, project details, and optional details such as project type, timeline, or wedding date. If you email or call, we receive what you share.
  • Call bookings. "Book a free call" opens Google Calendar's booking page. Google handles the details you enter there under its own privacy policy, and we receive the booking.
  • Technical data. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block spam and abuse. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a real person is sending them.
  • Advertising measurement. We use the Google Ads tag to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. It uses cookies and similar technologies to record visits and form submissions, and Google may use this data to show our ads to people who have visited this site.
  • Videos and fonts. Our portfolio videos are hosted on YouTube. Preview images load from YouTube's image servers, and the video player loads only after you press play; YouTube's privacy policy applies from then on. Our fonts load from Fontshare.

How we use it

  • To reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver the work you hire us for.
  • To measure and improve this website and our advertising.
  • To keep the site secure and stop spam.

We don't sell or rent your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that help us run this site and our business: Cloudflare (hosting and security), Resend (delivers form submissions to our inbox), Google (ads measurement, call booking, and YouTube), and Fontshare (web fonts). We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries and project emails for as long as we need them to respond, deliver projects, and keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing [email protected].
  • Limit ad personalization in your Google account at adssettings.google.com, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
