The brand film
Diane Baratta, Mobility City's president and founder, tells the story behind the company in her own words: her husband was on dialysis and relied on a power wheelchair and a lift chair, his equipment broke down on a Saturday, and the only company that answered the phone was Mobility City, which sent a technician that day. From there the film opens up to the showrooms across the country, the full range of equipment, and the promise the whole network is built on: "We repair all mobility equipment, even if you didn't buy it from us."
Four 30-second spots
Each spot sells one service in half a minute, with the same look as the brand film: the showroom, the branded service vans, and staff working with customers.
Built for many locations
Mobility City is a franchise network, so every piece comes in two sets: one that sends viewers to the Boca Raton showroom and one that works for any showroom in the country. Each film also has a vertical cut for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube Shorts.
Where it runs
Mobility City posts the 60-second cut of the brand film on its YouTube channel and used it in its September 2026 press release about the company's Florida AHCA recertification. The company also uses the film to attract new franchise owners.
