What we made
- Door-sample videos. Every door style filmed close and in 4K, with a presenter and without, so shoppers can see the finish and the profile before they visit.
- Assembly how-tos. Step-by-step videos with on-screen instructions, filmed on a wide camera and a close-up, so a customer can put a cabinet together at home.
- Customer stories. Real customers in their finished kitchens and bathrooms, plus the design visit at the showroom that started the project.
- Showroom and brand footage. The storefront, the team at work and finished rooms the marketing team can use in ads and on social.
What the client says
"Our company has worked with Nikita on numerous video projects over the years, and we still call him whenever we need professional video work."
Footage from our product shoots also became part of the company's national TV commercial, as their marketing lead wrote in her own Google review.
The film above is narrated in Nikita's own words, read by an AI voice made from his, over an instrumental of "Clicks Into Place", the original song we wrote for this project.
From the shoot
They found us on a freelance platform. The first videos worked so well that they kept coming back for more.
The hardest part was the product itself. The wood grain, the texture, the color, even the feel when you touch it: all of it had to come through on video, and that's very hard to capture.
Every door had to look exactly the way it does in real life. Some were a very particular blue. Others were white or black, the two hardest colors to film.
That's where our camera and color work paid off. Every finish on screen looks just like the real thing.
For the customer stories, we filmed in people's own homes, with small lights, light tripods and small cameras. Often we had about an hour to set up, film and pack up, without bothering anyone.
And when they made their TV commercial, they tried another crew first. In the end, they used our footage.
Selling a product people want to see up close? We plan the product shots, how-tos and customer stories together, then film them in batches. See corporate and product video →
