Before you ask
How much does a corporate video cost?
At Video Department (VIDEO DEPT.), projects start at $1,500 — most land between $2,500 and $3,000, and a full shoot day with one camera operator, camera, lights, and mic is $1,500. Send the form or book a call and you'll have an exact fixed quote the same business day: the price we agree is the price you pay.
How long does it take?
Most projects go from first call to final delivery in 3–5 weeks. Event coverage with a fast turnaround can be delivered in days — ask about rush options.
Do you travel?
Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach are included. Anywhere else in Florida or beyond — quoted per project.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry general liability insurance and match your venue's requirements, including higher limits when a venue or show asks for them. If your venue or company needs a certificate of insurance (COI), we send it before the shoot.
Who owns the footage?
You do. The final videos are yours, and so are the raw footage and project files if you ask for them.
What if we don't like the first cut?
Two revision rounds are included in every project, and we cut to a brief we agree on before the shoot — so surprises are rare.
