Three 15-second TV commercials, filmed in one day
Video Department (VIDEO DEPT.) filmed three 15-second comedy commercials for a lender, all in one shoot day: a dog that chews up a new shoe, a soccer ball that breaks the TV during the big final, and a vacuum cleaner that dies mid-clean. All three ran on TV. They're shown here in English, with a made-up brand.

Working with the dog
The first spot rests on a dog, and a dog doesn't take direction like an actor. The camera has to be ready for whatever moment the dog gives and catch it clean, because a 15-second spot has no room for a shot that almost works.
Comedy in 15 seconds
Each spot has fifteen seconds to set up a small disaster, land the joke and leave time for the offer. That leaves only a few seconds for the story, so every shot has to read the moment it appears: the chewed shoe, the ball heading for the screen, the smoke from the vacuum cleaner.
Three spots in one day
All three commercials were filmed in a single shoot day, each with its own cast and its own look: a bright hallway for the dog, a dark living room lit by the TV for the big game, and a sunny living room for the vacuum cleaner.
